After reading about all the eating places at Silverwood, I’m excited to try out some of the food! It all sounds amazing and reasonably priced.
We started taking our kids to Silverwood in 1991 and now we take our grandkids. Back in 1977 I was on the North Idaho College keg throwing machine design and built team. We built a 5,000 lb keg throwing contraption, and competed against other colleges around the northwest at Henley’s Aerodrome (current Silverwood location). The goal was to throw an empty keg as far as you can with your contraption. Silverwood goes way back for me!
I look forward to going to Silverwood my first time!

The best tip I can think of is to remember it’s all about having fun and not overdo it. You can spend a lot of time in the park, so hydrate and rest if you go for a long time. I ended up totally gassed after our second day.

We went last year and got to ride the new Stunt Pilot roller coaster and that was the best experience I have ever had on a coaster. So smooth and no banging my head on the headrest, etc…. Can’t wait to bring our grandson up there soon.

Boulder Beach is my favorite part of the park! I rode the Timber Terror before it came to Silverwood as it used to be a roller coaster at King’s Dominion Amusement Park in Virginia in the late 1980s. Still love riding it! Thanks for the chance!! #silverwoodfuninthesun

Silverwood is the most family orientated amusement park in the world~~ Having worked at SW at the front gate for 4 years and now back again in food & beverage, I am very excited to be back working at such a fun, family park. I love the fact that families can bring in their own food for the kiddos, as long as its in a soft container. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous~~ So much to do, rides for everyone, all ages~ I encourage you if you have not been to Silverwood Theme Park before, come this year. U will not be disappointed~~ Promise. Plus on opening day May 6th, I am going to ride Panic Plunge 50 times in a row. In 2020 I rode it 40 times in a row, it took me 5 1/2 hours, 2 potty breaks, the EMT’s checked on my often to make sure I was ok. It was a blast…See you at the park~~
