If you or anyone in your family has food allergies you know the struggle of finding places that are accommodating (especially for those picky eaters). Food allergies are bound to make vacation planning more difficult and have the potential to make or break an entire trip!
My family is currently dealing with a long list of allergies, each of us with different restrictions. We made it our mission to make eating at Silverwood an enjoyable, stress-free experience for ourselves and others with food allergies.
The good news is that Silverwood has a ton of gluten and dairy-free options throughout the park, but I found that they have options for the most common food allergies. Who knew! From my many experiences I’ve found that Lindy’s is the best option if you or a family member are dealing with multiple food allergies.
Lindy’s offers gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, nightshade-free, corn-free and egg-free options. The menu will only show you the gluten-free options but you can ask your server for the ingredient list book. It lists every ingredient for every single item on the menu and it was super handy for my family.
Also, Lindy’s is not your typical fair food. Hands down, they make one of the best, juiciest, handcrafted burgers around, along with many other delicious dishes. You can choose a gluten-free bun or opt for a lettuce wrap to make it completely allergy-free.
The Theater of Illusion has GF pizza crust available at no extra charge! This makes for a super yummy dinner as you are mystified by the magic show.
Victorian Coffee House-DF options including Italian soda without cream, soy milk lattes, smoothies, black tea, vanilla coffee blended, Bang Energy Drinks, Gatorade.
For more details on allergy-friendly options go to Dining on the website under Things To Do. Click on the Restaurant title for a detailed list of allergens & options.
*Make note if you have severe anaphylactic food allergies you may want to bring your own food into the park to be safe. You are allowed to bring in a 12×12 soft-sided cooler with snacks and sealed drinks that are non-alcoholic.*
About the Author:
Hello, my name is Cheree! I am a wife and mom. I own a business called Heartfelt Mamas, where I share motherhood struggles and teach self-care through blogging and social media. I have been married to my husband for 12 years, and we have two boys who are in 1st grade and preschool. Our family loves to explore the outdoors and find activities around the Spokane area. We do our best to cherish experiences over things. I have been to Silverwood as a kid, teenager, young adult, adult — and now as a parent too. I am an adrenaline seeker; roller coasters and thrill rides are my all-time favorite! As a child, my dad and I would always try to find the rides that gave us the biggest adrenaline rush. Now my 6-year-old and I do the same. He is so excited to be tall enough for the big coasters this year!
Silverwood has been such a fun place for many years and it is great to know they are able to accommodate so many different peoples food intolerances. Definitely on my list! Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much for this article! We’ve never been to Silverwood, partly because I was worried about food options. So this article is very helpful. Thanks again!
I don’t have allergies myself, but I know a couple people who do and who have never gone to SILVERWOOD. I know they would love to go! Because SILVERWOOD is the Best!

This allergy list is wrong. There are no SF snow cones or slushies. I got my kid excited and had to disappoint him big time.
Any low-carb KETO options?
