How To Utilize Your Season Pass

CALLING ALL PASS HOLDERS!

Or even future ones, this one is for you! I’m back, and you all KNOW I know how to utilize this pass! Here’s how my family made it work and how yours could too! A Single Pass will pay for itself in less than 4 visits, and the rest of summer is yours for free!

Maybe you don’t live as close as we do to the awesome park, but if you do, as often as we can sneak out to the park, we would! We are 48 mins from my front door, and boy, do I utilize it, so grab that refillable cup you get when you arrive, and let’s dive in.

PERKS!

  • Parking! As a pass holder, you better get excited. Parking is free!
  • 10% Discount at food and retail locations (Excluding alcoholic purchases)
  • 10% Discount at Silverwood RV Park ( I bet you didn’t know that existed!)
  • Unlimited Admission into Silverwood & Boulder Beach

That’s the good stuff to get started; I enjoy a casual afternoon down in Coaster Alley, have a drink of the alcoholic kind, and refill the cup for the littles. This part of the park tends to be a sweet spot ( not only because of the ice cream spot right here that I like to enjoy a scoop or two). It’s pretty shady, and there’s a bunch for the kids to get into down here while parents rest if they need to.

I love being able to have the pass because I get to explore the park more in-depth than a usual rush through. On average, we go 3 times a month, depending, mostly since I have littles (3 & 7, we get to hang in critter camp). It’s a wonderful afternoon delight. I don’t feel bad if we have to book it out of there early, or even honestly, as a new friend I just made, we would be having dinner here and just enjoying the views.

It gets you to see the beauty of the park; a season pass, to me, is a chance to stop and enjoy the day in its entirety. Being able to get up and choose to make it an adventure is the best part. Especially on the days, it’s open late, getting out of the house on a whim and making it for a few hours of fun.

I guess I utilize it the most to make memories; I think back to when my fiancé talked about his trips with family to Silverwood as a kid hoping to make those same core memories with our own.

Caution because having a pass really brings the whole family in for fun; we took my mom visiting from San Diego, and my future sister-in-law from Philly here, and here ensued pure fun chaos; we got calls from them about going again to the best park in the Pacific Northwest. Knowing that the pass gets utilized in the best way possible is key. Especially on days where you feel like only Boulder Beach is going to get your attention, at least you know you can fully know there’s another day to come on back.

Are you ready to take the plunge and be a Silverwood Passholder? I promise you it’s not as crazy as it seems. It pays for itself in the long run, and you’re giving your family the distinct privilege of creating those lifelong core memories to take for the rest of your lives.

Cheers friends!

We’ve bought season passes for the last 4 years. They more than pay for themselves. The nice thing is that we are 45 minutes away so it’s cool to just go for a few hours and not get overly tired. If you have paid full price, you feel the need to stay all day and night to get your money’s worth.
